Tulip Tree Pediatric Counseling, LLC is unable to accept insurance at this time. We do accept cash, credit cards, checks, HSA, and FSA cards.
Upon request, we can provide you with a statement for insurance reimbursement, which you can use to seek full or partial reimbursement. It will be your responsibility to consult your insurance company and submit your statement for reimbursement. Your payment will be due in full at the time of service to Tulip Tree Pediatric Counseling, LLC.
Tulip Tree Pediatric Counseling, LLC does provide a limited number of financial hardship agreements. Please contact us for more information.
