Child Therapy Costs

Tulip Tree Pediatric Counseling, LLC does not take insurance. This allows us more availability and flexibility for you to be seen by our therapists.

We are considered an out-of-network (OON) provider and private/self-pay.

We do accept cash, credit cards, checks, HSA, FSA cards, and third-party payments. 

We understand the cost of therapy can be daunting. We are happy to answer questions and work with you as you navigate this important investment for your child or teen’s mental health.

Upon request, we can provide you with a statement for insurance reimbursement, which you can use to seek full or partial reimbursement.  It will be your responsibility to consult your insurance company and submit your statement for reimbursement. Your payment will be due in full at the time of service to Tulip Tree Pediatric Counseling, LLC.
